Kansai Community NL is a casual, volunteer-run meetup group — not a company. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your details when you register for a meetup.
What we collect
When you register, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, which part of Kansai you're from, and an optional message. That's it — we don't track you, use cookies for analytics, or collect any other personal data.
What we use it for
Your details are used only to organise the meetup you're registering for — for example, to know how many people to expect and to contact you if something changes. We don't sell, share, or use your data for marketing.
Where it's stored
Registrations are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to the people organising the meetup.
Your rights
If you have any questions, or want us to see, correct, or delete your data, just leave a note in the message field on the registration form — organiser NANA will get back to you.
